The purpose of the Oregon ARES Digital Network (OADN) is to establish, through mutual aid/assistants of Oregon's county ARES/RACES units, and under the authorization and authority of the county Emergency Management Office and or there designate, a backup digital emergency communications network that can expedite emergency communication traffic from any county EOC and or emergency operation facility to Oregon State Office of Emergency Management.
