The following stations are up and running 24 hours/ 7 days
a week, and can be reached either via Packet or Pactor. (Remember, if you
are using AFSK, you must add 2.21 KHz to the CENTER frequency if your LSB, or subtract 2.21 for USB to obtain the dial

LOCAL NETS:
UMESRO NET - Frequencies 146.780 & 145.490 pl=67.0Hz Thursday Evening @ 1930hrs local Time. UMESRO is dedicated to Public & Disaster Service Communications with member stations in and around the Umatilla/Morrow County Area. Opportunites to practice and learn Traffic Handling fundemental, Net Control Basic and Support Consepts in Emergency Communications.
WASCO COUNTY ARES NET - Frequency 146.820- pl=82.5Hz, Wednesday @ 1900hrs Local Time To Disseminate Information, provide Equipment Checks and Operator Training.
WALLOWA COUNTY RADIO TEAM - Frequency 146.540 (simplex) Tuesday Evening @ 1900hrs Local Time A unique and Interesting ARES/RACES Unit Using simplex frequencies amoung the high mountains of Northeast Wallowa County Oregon
HARNEY COUNTY ARES NET - Frequency 147.300+, Tuesday Evening @ 1900hrs Local Time A General Activity ARES/RACES Net that covers all of Harney County.
BAKER COUNTY RACES/ARES - A monthly RACES/ARES net will held on 146.550 simplex the last Monday of each month at 1900 hrs local. A monthly RACES/ARES meeting/training session will be held the last Tuesday of each month at 1900 hrs local at the Catholic Church meeting room. For a regional event requiring repeaters, the linked 145.15/145.27/145.17 (all standard split with 110.9 pl) has been designated and for incidents in Baker Valley, the 147.06 + no pl machine is it.
STATE NETS:
OARES NET - Frequency 3993.5lsb, Daily @ 1730hrs Local Time. This net is a Member of the National Traffic System, and operates as a directed net for Handling Traffic into, out of, and within the State of Oregon. This net also serves as the State's HF Emergency Net during times of Emergencies.
BEAVER STATE NET - Frequency 3920.0lsb, Daily @ 1745hrs Local Time. The Beaver State Net is a Directed Traffic Net for the Oregon Section. It handles messages into, out of, and within the State of Oregon.
ARES HF LEADERSHIP NET - Frequency 3964.0lsb on the First and Third Tuesday @ 1730hrs Local Time. If propagation requires, the net will automaticlly move to 1.978 local time. Oregon ARES HF Leadership Net is an Oregon Section Net, designed to gather the EC's, AEC's, DEC's, from all the ARES District's within the State, to share ideas involving on inproving HF Communication from all of the counties within the state. This is not a Traffic Net.
OREGON SECTION NET - Frequency 3587.0(cw only), Daily @ 1830 & 2200hrs Local Time. This CW Net is a Member of the National Traffic System, and operates as a Directed net for Handling CW Traffic into, out of, and within the State of Oregon.

EMERGENCY NET - Frequency 3980.0(+-)lsb, Daily @ 1800 & 1900hrs Local Time.
The Oregon Emergency Net is an Independent Non-Affiliated Public Service Traffic Net with Member
Station in the State of Oregon. Handling into, out of, and intra Oregon Traffic.
OREGON ARES PSK-31 Round Table NET - Frequency 3580(usb) Every Friday @ 2000hrs Local Time. The PSK net provides Oregon ARES/RACES members and other stations the opportuinty in tunning their skills in Tactical HF communication using keyboard to keyboard operation.
