Federal Emergency Management Agency
Under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security where all levels of governmental agencies and volunteer organizations converge for the stability and security for the well being of the nation and its citizens.




Oregon Emergency Management
OEM is responsible for coordinating and facilitating emergency planning, preparedness, response and recovery activities with the state and local emergency services agencies and organizations.




Oregon State Defence Force
The ORSDF, as an augmentation for the Oregon National Guard, is administered by The Adjutant General (TAG) and is a force multiplier in the area of the State's Emergency Operations.

UMCD - One of 8 location across the continental U.S. where ESRO/RACES Emergency Communication support Federal, State, and Local agencies in the event of an accidental release.

Provides a comprehensive and detailed Incident Response Action Plan including Emergency Communications Support by ESRO/RACES in the event of an accidental release.

Established within or near Incident Command Post or EOC Operation Center, provides information on the incident to the public, media and other agencies.

(OFF LINE) National Weather Service
A National Weather Service (NWS) program of trained volunteer severe weather spotters. Skywarn volunteers support their local community and government by providing the NWS with timely and accurate severe weather reports.



Citizen Corps
Citizen Corps Affiliate Programs and Organizations offer
communities resources for public education, outreach, and training; represent volunteers interested in helping to make their community safer; or offer volunteer service opportunities to support first responders, disaster relief activities, and community safety efforts.
